The site is operated by Ridgeline Retail Group LLC, an independent, text-only operating company that manages day-to-day retail operations for this multi-brand drinkware storefront, including merchandising, order fulfillment coordination, customer service, and policy administration. Ridgeline Retail Group LLC is not a manufacturer or brand owner of the items sold and is not affiliated with Stanley 1913 or Hydro Flask. Before an item goes live, its listing is checked against the manufacturer's published specifications, including capacity, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and colorway naming, so what is described matches what ships. Minor variations in color or finish may still occur between screen display and physical product.

Pricing, Promotions, and Coupons

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices vary between items and over time because wholesale acquisition costs, supplier-run promotions, capacity and lid configuration, and limited-edition availability all differ. Two visually similar items may carry different prices when their materials, insulation specs, or sourcing terms differ.

Quench Haus buys finished goods in consolidated wholesale quantities through authorized distribution channels and operates a lean, digital-only storefront. This allows a lower price that reflects purchasing and operating efficiency only — not reduced product quality, altered packaging, or unverified stock. Every item, regardless of price, passes through the same sourcing verification, incoming inspection, and fulfillment handling.

Promotions such as the current offer — apply SAVE15 at checkout for 15% off eligible items — are funded from the company's own purchasing margin. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules, and when a promotion ends, prices return to standard levels without changing how items are sourced or handled.

Orders and Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when we accept and confirm the order. Payment is charged at the time of order placement or shortly after. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund any amounts paid for the unavailable item.

Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $45.00. Standard shipping is $8.00. Shipping times and carriers are shown at checkout, and order tracking information is provided where available.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact support@quenchhaus.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Warranty

Warranty follows the product information and support guidance provided with each item. As an independent retailer, we do not issue separate manufacturer warranties; manufacturer warranty questions should be directed to the brand, though we are happy to help you understand the documentation included with your purchase.

How to Raise a Claim

You are encouraged to inspect your item on arrival — including the base stamp or logo marking, lid seal, finish, and packaging — and to compare it with the manufacturer's official product imagery within the published return window. To submit an authenticity or quality claim, please provide:

• Your order number from the storefront confirmation email
• The item name or model as listed at purchase
• A description of the concern, plus photos of the item, its base or logo marking, and its packaging where applicable
• A contact email matching the order when possible

Review and Remedy

A specialist acknowledges the claim and confirms the information received, assesses it against manufacturer reference data and sourcing records, and issues a written determination with the outcome and any next steps. Most claims receive a written determination within five business days of complete information, and approved remedies — such as a full refund or return instructions — are processed immediately upon that determination. A confirmed inauthentic item is refunded in full, including return shipping, with written confirmation from us and internal escalation for immediate channel review.

The site's design, text, and content are the property of the operating company or its licensors. Stanley 1913 and Hydro Flask names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell; no sponsorship or endorsement by those brands is implied.
